Carolyn Ketchum is known for her mastery of low carb desserts, but in all honesty, I liked this soup cookbook even better than the dessert one she released earlier this year. The dessert cookbook was very nice, but she has SO MANY wonderful dessert recipes on her blog that it was bound to feel like tweeks on old favorites. This soup cookbook feels so comprehensive and new. There is just about any kind of soup (or stew) your little heart desires. There are vegetable soups, and cream soups, and chowders, spicy soups, international favorites. This is going to keep me busy for quite a while. She has even provided some nice low carb "bread" items to go with favorite soups. How nice. A really great cookbook. Its going to be a "go to" for me over the coming winter months.
Omg, I’ve been waiting for this and as always, Carolyn doesn’t disappoint! I just made the Old Bay Crab Soup and it’s delicious and perfect for a cold night!Just make sure you’re purchasing the correct book, someone else put out a fake copy and you do not want that! Make sure the author is Carolyn Ketchum and you will not be disappointed!
Wow! As a picky eater I don’t always have the best of luck with cookbooks, but Carolyn has packed Keto Soups and Stews with so many delicious recipes I’ve had no trouble finding things I want to make! After almost two years of doing Keto it’s great to find resources like this to add some variety into my daily meals.The pictures are beautiful and the instructions are well written. I also appreciated the recipe classifications- as someone who does a lot of meal prep knowing ahead of time if a dish will reheat and/or freeze well is super important.I’ve been recommending this cookbook to as many people as I can! Whether you’re new to keto or have been doing it for years this book is an absolute gem.

Carolyn hits out the park---again! Every recipe looks delicious, not difficult and delicious. The beginning has great advice and tips on making the perfect pot, and many recipes are dairy free or can be made dairy free. Carolyn NEVER disappoints. I've not made any recipe from any of her books that wasn't great! As a diabetic, her food has made my life healthier and a LOT tastier without sacrifice. Buy it! Buy them all😊
I kind of have a "girl crush" on Carolyn. (don't worry, my hubby doesn't mind! ;) ) I've been doing Low Carb High Fat for about 16 months and have made a LOT of recipes. Carolyn's recipes are hands down the BEST. I have all of her cookbooks, both in Kindle format and hard copy. I am also going to purchase some for gifts for Christmas. Her recipes are so easy to follow, none of those what the? ingredients that some low carb recipes have. This cookbook is MORE than just recipes, it really is a very good introduction into low carb living. Buy this book...then go buy her other books too, cause they are JUST as good! :)
