I had to purchase this item for my Trial Practice class and I was not disappointed. The book can be a little long at times, but I guess the authors didn't really have a choice in order to get everything across they wanted to. I thought the examples in this book were pretty good. When I felt like I needed to look at something before class, the examples are what I went to first. I probably read those a lot closer than the actual text.

This book came in great condition and was well maintained by the previous owner. I would not have a problem purchasing again from this party.
An earlier version of this book was used in my law school class (UVA). I sold it back at the end of the semester and recently bought this edition. Its a good book but a little long-winded at times. Could probably be just as valuable if it were half the length, assuming the right parts were cut. All-in-all, a good book to have on the shelf.
